These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Promotion, organised by Qatar Airways and Budget enabling Qatar Airways Privilege Club members to earn a double Avios when they make an Eligible Rental (as defined below) with Budget.

1. This Promotion is open to all Qatar Airways Privilege Club members (the “Eligible Participant(s)”). 
2. To participate, the Eligible Participant must book* a Budget vehicle 24 hours in advance of a rental car pick-up time through https://one.budgetinternational.com/en_GB/BudgetQatarAirways between 01 September 2025 and 30 September 2025 and pick up between 02 September 2025 and 15 December 2025 (the “Eligible Rental(s)”):
   For the Eligible Rental, the Eligible Participant must book for 3+ consecutive rental days to collect double Avios (total Avios (base including bonus Avios)). 
   Burgundy members will collect 4 Avios per USD1 spent. 
   Silver members will collect 6 Avios per USD1 spent. 
   Gold members will collect 8 Avios per USD1 spent. 
   Platinum members will collect 10 Avios per USD1 spent.
   *Booking confirmation is subject to car availability.  The Eligible Rental shall be valid only after the booking is confirmed.
3. The Eligible Rental must be made using a Privilege Club-Budget Corporate Discount (BCD) number.  
4. Any Eligible Rental made on https://one.budgetinternational.com/en_GB/BudgetQatarAirways will automatically have the correct Privilege Club-Budget Corporate Discount (BCD) number embedded in the rental. 
5. To collect Avios, the Eligible Rental must include the Privilege Club membership number of the first named driver (the “Renter”). The Privilege Club membership number must be given at time of booking. 
6. The Promotion shall be valid for all Budget participating rental locations globally.  
7. The Promotion is not applicable for the Eligible Rental made for bookings and rentals with car group A and car group B. The Promotion is applicable for the Eligible Rental made for bookings and rentals with car group C or above only. 8. If the rental is not paid in US Dollars, then the currency will be changed to US Dollars at the Budget exchange rate applicable on the date of rental commencement (i.e. the date the car is collected). 
9. For the purpose of this Promotion:
   A maximum of 10,000 Avios will be awarded per the Eligible Rental: and
   Avios will be awarded on the Eligible Rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn Avios. 
10. This Promotion is not valid on Prestige, Van or Chauffeur Drive rentals worldwide. 
11. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or mileage offers. 
12. The awarding of Avios may take up to 8 weeks from the date of rental commencement (i.e. the date the car is collected). 
13. Qatar Airways reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion including without limited to these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretions. All decisions made by Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. 
14. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion and shall supplement the Privilege Club terms and conditions (available at https://www.qatarairways.com/en-gb/Privilege-Club.html?iid=ALL99602720) and any other terms and conditions applicable to the Privilege Club program. All Avios issued thereof and are subject to the Budget and Qatar Airways Partnership terms and conditions (available at https://one.budgetinternational.com/en_GB/BudgetQatarAirways) and Privilege Club terms and conditions.  Privilege Club terms and conditions for Claim missing Avios (available at  https://www.qatarairways.com/en-qa/Privilege-Club/claim-missing-avios.html) shall apply to any claims of missing Avios arising from this Promotion.
15. By participating to the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
16. The Renter must meet standard Budget age, driver and credit requirements. 
17. Qatar Airways reserves the right to refuse to award any Avios under the Promotion in cases of actual or suspected fraud. Qatar Airways reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any Privilege Club account in accordance with the Privilege Club terms and conditions. Qatar Airways shall not be liable to Eligible Participants for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the campaign, or any failure or inability of the Eligible Participants to take advantage of the Promotion.
18. Once Avios are credited to Eligible Participant’ Privilege Club account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
19. The benefits granted under this Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.
