  1. Offer of up to 10% discount is valid for Budget car rentals at participating locations in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific only.
  2. Offer is valid for bookings from 11 January to 31 January 2025, and car pick-ups from 11 January to 30 June 2025.
  3. To qualify, reservations must be made using Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number D793500.
  4. Discount applies to Budget self-drive car rentals only.
  5. Blackouts apply to rentals in Switzerland from 16 January to 28 February 2025.
  6. All discount offers are subject to mandatory surcharges for the full rental duration.
  7. Minimum advance booking period of 24 hours is required to avail the offer.
  8. Maximum rental length is 28 days.
  9. The offer does not apply for domestic rentals (for example, rentals taking place in the same country the booking is made).
  10. Offer valid on all car groups, subject to availability at time of booking.
  11. Offer restrictions may apply at certain times in certain locations.
  12. Prices vary by season and by Budget locations.
  13. Rates quoted are rates after discount.
  14. If the offer is available at the selected location, it will be automatically applied when booking with the BCD number.
  15. Discount applies to the rental charge for the vehicle only.
  16. Discount does not apply to fees for optional extras (such as special equipment, additional drivers, optional coverage or pre-paid fuel) nor to mandatory taxes, young driver surcharges, premium location fees, pay-on-return fuel charges, one-way fees or accident, damage or theft processing fees.
  17. If any other BCD number is present in the rental booking, no discounts will be awarded.
  18. If any other BCD number is present in a customer’s Budget Fastbreak profile and this is used in the rental booking, no discounts will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
  19. Renters must meet standard Budget age, driver and credit requirements.
  20. This offer is not valid for bookings of Budget van/truck, commercial vehicle rentals, chauffeur-drive, corporate contracted rates, wholesale tour packages, travel industry staff rates, replacement or insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, award rentals and nett rate.
