1. The booking period starts from 5 May 2025 and ends on 30 June 2025, inclusive.
2. The rental period starts from 5 May 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025, inclusive. Rental must be completed by 30 September 2025.
3. AirAsia Rewards members can earn 500 points per day, up to 5,000 points (2X) per rental during the promotion period.
4. A maximum of 5,000 points will be awarded per qualifying rental.
5. Bonus points are applicable to participating Budget locations in the Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, Europe, Middle East and the USA (exclude Alaska) only.
6. The bonus points are valid for rentals with all car groups.
7. Booking confirmation is subject to car availability and 24 hours advance booking prior to the rental car pick-up time is required for the promotion.
8. To qualify for the bonus points, members must book on the dedicated Budget – AirAsia Rewards website and select “airasia rewards” on “Customer Type” field. Members must quote their membership number when making their reservation. The AirAsia Rewards - Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number will apply to member’s reservation automatically.
9. Points will be credited to the member’s account within (60) working days after the completion of each eligible car rental.
10. Points will be awarded on rentals made for a maximum length of 10 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn points.
11. Points can only be earned on one frequent flyer programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations.
12. AirAsia Rewards members will be eligible to earn points only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
13. Renters can only claim points for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time. 16.    Consecutive (back-to-back rentals with less than a 24-hour gap) or conjunctive (overlapping rental periods) rentals will not qualify for points – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded points.
14. If any BCD number other than AirAsia Rewards BCD number (M001600) is present in the rental booking, no bonus points will be awarded.
15. If any BCD number other than AirAsia Rewards BCD number is present in a customer’s Budget’s Fastbreak profile and used in the rental booking, no bonus points will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
16. To qualify, rentals must include the AirAsia Rewards membership number of the first named driver (the "renter) at the time of reservation. The AirAsia Rewards membership card must be presented at the location during vehicle pick-up.
17. Points accruals are based strictly on non-contracted rates only.
18. Rentals made using Budget contracted (corporate/government) rates/BCDs, chauffeur-drive, or van/truck rentals do not qualify for promotional/bonus points. Monthly rental, long term rental, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, and nett rate programmes do not qualify for points earning.
19. Renter must meet standard Budget age, driver and credit requirements and advance booking is required.
20. Blackout dates may apply.
21. These offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

• This Promotion is only open to Eligible Participants who book and complete a Qualifying Rental with Budget Car Rental during the campaign period. 
• An Eligible Participant is a person aged 18 or over and is a valid member of the AirAsia Rewards programme (membership terms and conditions apply). 
• A Qualifying Rental is a Budget car rental booking of minimum 3-day (72 hours) at participating location, made from 5 May 2025 to 30 June 2025, with rental car completed by 30 September 2025. • Rental must be completed and paid.
• Only Eligible Participants with Qualifying Rentals may enter the promotion.
• A maximum of three (3) eligible rentals per member will be counted as eligible entries for the lucky draw.
• By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these terms and conditions unconditionally.
• A total of six (6) winners will be chosen:
  • One (1) winner will receive 100,000 AirAsia points.
  • Five (5) winners will receive 20,000 AirAsia points each.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The lucky draw winners will be selected and notified by 15 July 2025 after the campaign ends.
• The Winners will be notified via the email address used in AirAsia Rewards profile. 
• Each participant can win only once during the campaign. If a participant is drawn more than once, another winner will be selected.
• If a selected winner fails to complete their rental, their prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will select another winner.
• If the Winners do not confirm their prizes within 7 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select different Winners. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect contact details, undelivered notifications or failure to respond within the specific timeframe.

How to enter 

• Simply book a Qualifying Rental during the promotion entry period. 
• The Promotion Entry Period is defined as commencing at 12:00:01 AM MYT on 5 May 2025 and ending at 11:59:59 PM MYT on 30 June 2025. Any entry, by any method, received by the Promoter after this time and date will not be entered the promotion.
• The Promoter does not represent, warrant or guarantee the availability of any website, computer system or telecommunications systems in its custody or belonging to any third party, necessary for accessing any Promoter website or computer system, for the purpose of entering this promotion.
• No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries lost, damaged, defaced, rendered illegible, incomplete or delayed, regardless of cause, whether delayed in the post or incomplete due to systems failure, or for entries not received or incompletely received due to website traffic congestion, unauthorized human intervention, failure of computer or telecommunications systems, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture any such information.
• The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds:
  • to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion;
  • to be acting in violation of these rules;
  • to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or
  • to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the promotion.
• The prize will be credited to the winner’s respective AirAsia Rewards account within 6 - 8 weeks after the Qualifying Rental has taken place. 
• No cash alternative to the Prizes will be offered. However, the Promoter, at its total discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with alternatives of similar characteristics and commensurate value.
• The Winners may be asked to take part in publicity resulting from this prize draw without further compensation. The Winner will be advised of the nature and extent of any publicity and/or distribution of their name and will be given the opportunity to consent or refuse consent to such publicity and distribution. The names of any Winners who give prior consent to such publicity may be published on the Promoter’s websites for a period of two (02) months after the promotion’s closing date.
• The Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other alternatives and are issued subject to Promoter and AirAsia Rewards terms and conditions. 
• The Promoter and AirAsia Rewards reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
• By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as any decisions made by the Promoter, which shall be final and binding.
