  • Members can earn 600 Enrich points plus an additional 600 bonus Enrich points (equal to a total of 1,200 Enrich points) per qualifying rental with a minimum 3 consecutive days’ rental during the promotion period.
  • Offer of bonus Enrich points is available on rentals of car groups C or above only.
  • Booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to car pick-up to qualify.
  • Points can only be earned on one loyalty programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations.
  • Enrich members will be eligible to earn points only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
  • Renters can only claim points for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
  • Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for points – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded Enrich points.
  • If any BCD number other than the ones stated above is present in the rental booking, no bonus points and discounts will be awarded.
  • If any BCD number other than the ones stated above is present in a customer’s Budget Fastbreak profile and this is used in the rental booking, no bonus points will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
  • To qualify, rentals must include the Enrich membership number of the first named driver (the "renter") at the time of reservation.
  • The Enrich membership card must be presented at the location during pickup.
  • Rentals made using Budget contracted (corporate/government) rates/BCDs, chauffeur-drive, or van/truck rentals do not qualify for this promotion.
  • Travel industry staff rates, monthly rental, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, and nett rate programmes do not qualify for this promotion.
  • Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or mileage offer.
  • Renter must meet standard Budget age, driver and credit requirements and an advance booking must be made.

  1. This Promotion is only open to Eligible Participants with Qualifying Rentals. 
  2. An Eligible Participant is a person aged 18 or over and is a valid member of the Malaysia Airlines Enrich programme (membership terms and conditions apply). 
  3. A Qualifying Rental is an Budget car rental booking of minimum 3-day (minimum 72 hours required) with car group C and above, made from 1 November to 30 November 2023 with rental car pick-up from 1 November to 15 December 2023. Reservation must be made on www.budgetinternational.com/malaysiaairlines. 
  4. Only Eligible Participants with Qualifying Rentals may enter the promotion.
  5. This promotion is administered by Avis Budget EMEA Ltd (“Promoter”).
  6. Employees of the Promoter and Malaysia Airlines Enrich,  their subsidiaries, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw, their employees or family members of such employees may not participate in this promotion.
  7. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these terms and conditions unconditionally.

      How to enter 
  9. Simply book a Qualifying Rental during the promotion entry period. 
  10. The Promotion Entry Period is defined as commencing at 12:00:01 AM MYT on 1 November 2023 and ending at 11:59:59 PM MYT on 30 November 2023. Any entry, by any method, received by the Promoter after this time and date will not be entered the promotion.
  11. Eligible Participants are entitled to multiple entries to the Promotion throughout the Promotion Entry Period if the qualification requirement is met.
  12. The Promoter does not represent, warrant or guarantee the availability of any website, computer system or telecommunications systems in its custody or belonging to any third party, necessary for accessing any Promoter website or computer system, for the purpose of entering this promotion.
  13. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries lost, damaged, defaced, rendered illegible, incomplete or delayed, regardless of cause, whether delayed in the post or incomplete due to systems failure, or for entries not received or incompletely received due to website traffic congestion, unauthorized human intervention, failure of computer or telecommunications systems, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture any such information.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds:
    1. to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion;
    2. to be acting in violation of these rules;
    3. to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or
    4. to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the promotion.
  15. The winners need to complete the Eligible Rental reserved with Budget. 
  16. Eight randomly selected Winners will receive the prize in the form of bonus Enrich Points. The prizes (Enrich Points) will be credited to the winner’s respective Enrich account within 6 - 8 weeks after the campaign period and after Qualifying Rental has taken place. Should the winner fails to complete the rental reserved, the winner will be disqualified.
  17. No cash alternative to the Prizes will be offered. However, the Promoter, at its total discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with alternatives of similar characteristics and commensurate value.
  18. The Winners may be asked to take part in publicity resulting from this prize draw without further compensation. The Winner will be advised of the nature and extent of any publicity and/or distribution of their name and will be given the opportunity to consent or refuse consent to such publicity and distribution. The names of any Winners who give prior consent to such publicity may be published on the Promoter’s websites for a period of two (02) months after the promotion’s closing date.
  19. The Prizes are non-redeemable for cash and are issued subject to Promoter and Malaysia Airlines Enrich terms and conditions. The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promoter or Malaysia Airlines Enrich offer or promotion or campaign.
  20. The Promoter and Malaysia Airlines Enrich reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
  21. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter and Malaysia Airlines Enrich or its agents or subcontractors to administer this prize draw, who will only use the information provided for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
  22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
